Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement by email:

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until you have supplied proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Return deadline after withdrawal

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods within 14 days.

Liability for diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items

• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
