Netherlands:

Shipping within 3 to 5 working days, using PostNL as our forwarder.
No shipping costs for orders over €65. Otherwise, €6.95, including Track & Trace.
No one home? PostNL will deliver it according to your personal delivery preferences. If you haven’t set your PostNL delivery preferences, they will leave your package with your neighbours or at a PostNL point.

Belgium:

Shipping within 3 to 5 working days, using PostNL (and local partners) as our forwarder.
No shipping costs for orders over €100. Otherwise, €9.95, including Track & Trace.
No one home? At most times your package will be offered for delivery a second time. This depends on the processes the local postal organizations. You can contact the postal organization in Belgium for more information.

Germany:

Shipping within 3 to 5 working days, using PostNL (and local partners) as our forwarder.
No shipping costs for orders over €100. Otherwise, €9.95, including Track & Trace.
No one home? At most times your package will be offered for delivery a second time. This depends on the processes the local postal organizations. You can contact the postal organization in Germany for more information.

International:

Shipping within 3 to 5 working days, using PostNL as our forwarder.
No shipping costs for orders over €100. Otherwise, €9.95, including Track & Trace.
European deliveries: 2 – 7 working days after shipping.
Non-European deliveries: 5 – 15 working days after shipping.
No one home? At most times your package will be offered for delivery a second time. This depends on the processes the local postal organizations. You can contact the postal organization in your country for more information.

Additional Information:

Skkff produces on order, because we strongly believe that our product is worth the wait and we shouldn’t create any unnecessary waste. Production lead-time is 2- 5 working days.

If your order contains items with different delivery dates (e.g., a pre-order), we will dispatch the order when it is complete. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

Note: Due to increased workload for delivery services, especially during holidays, there may be additional delays in delivery times on top of our processing time in some cases.

Returns

Not completely happy with your order? You can return your items within 14 days after receiving them.

How to start a return

Email info@skkff.com and include your order number. After contacting us, please send the items back within 14 days.

Please note

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we do not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.
All returned items must be clean, unworn and in resalable condition.
The sender is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us via info@skkff.com. You will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
